Ardglassan is an early nineteenth-century workers’ settlement established on part of the Clonabreany estate of the Wade family. The buildings are protected structures. We advised on conservative repairs to the roofs to the cottages together with more comprehensive conservation and restoration works to cottage No.’s 5 & 6 including the design of modest scaled extensions to the rear for new kitchens and bathrooms.
