Miller’s House, Dunleer

Millers House, County Louth

An early-nineteenth century vernacular house associated with the former flour mills in the village of Dunleer. The house lay derelict for many years with extensive structural damage and disrepair but still retained much of the original historic building fabric including well detailed joinery and finishes. We advised on extensive conservative repairs and improvement works which retained and restored the historic character while sensitively accommodating essential services and other modern conveniences.
